While many RPGs have a pre-made plot line that all characters are forced to participate in, the admins at Canidae prefer a more creative, free-willed nature. Thus, the closest thing we have to plot lines are those created by our members. While OOC posts are fine for discussing details within a thread, it is easier to create the threads themselves if you can pre-discuss content with other involved members. This board is yours to go wild with your creativity, so enjoy it and use it well.
Rules of the Plot Board
You may use the plot board for the following:
- Touching base with another member on how your interactions are developing.
- Gathering players and characters for a proposed plot.
- Alerting other members to major events coming up (ie: it might be nice to tell __'s mate that you're going to be killing __.)
- Requesting events (ie: "Hey Admin, can you post a flood? I want to kill of one of my characters and think it would be a good opprotunity.")
- Posting any major changes in pack/herd/flock dynamics. (ie: __ and __ have become mates and are planning to overthrow __ and __ for ruling position)
- Requesting an interaction with someone's character (ie: I want __ to meet your character __)
You may NOT use the plot board to:
- Hold a rebellion against the admins by saying "hey everyone, tomorrow, lets all insist on RPing dragons."
- Try to bully other members into your plot lines
- Create elaborate, unrealistic situations (ie: no massive evil of giant wolfdogs coming to lord over all of the valley)
- Create deliberately inflammatory plot lines
- And finally, you may not attempt to turn Canidae into a strict plot-line website. No coming on and convincing everyone that Canidae would be WAY cooler if it revolved entirely around a war between two fox armies, or a plan to overthrow a nearby human settlement, etc.
I hope everyone finds this board useful! PM me with any concerns.
